Processing Time

Willow Wildlings creations are handmade and carefully packaged in Kentucky. Ready-to-ship orders are typically mailed within 3–5 business days after payment is received. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the package size, weight and delivery location.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Estimated Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier. Carrier delays caused by weather, holidays or other circumstances are outside the control of Willow Wildlings.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout. Please contact Willow Wildlings as soon as possible if you notice an error. An address cannot be changed after the package has shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, please contact Willow Wildlings so I can help you work with the shipping carrier. Willow Wildlings is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Damaged Orders

Every Wildling is packaged with care. If your order arrives damaged, please contact Willow Wildlings within three days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so the issue can be reviewed.
